Customer Academy Launch — Series-B SaaS
Built a customer academy from zero for a 400-employee SaaS in 9 weeks. Lifted 90-day product activation 31% and cut support tickets per customer 22%.
I'm a freelance learning experience consultant focused on the AI-era B2B SaaS stack. After 9 years in-house at three companies (one IPO, one acquisition, one shutdown), I went independent in 2024 to do the work I always wished my old vendors did. I work on three problems: • Customer education that lifts retention — Self-serve academies, async cohorts, and product-led onboarding that move NRR, not just CSAT. • Sales enablement that survives a quota cycle — Rep ramp programs grounded in real call data, not aspirational frameworks. • AI-augmented L&D workflows — Practical pipelines (storyboard → SCORM → analytics) that cut authoring time 60-70% without losing pedagogy. I'm opinionated about three things: instrumentation before authoring, evidence before assets, and shipping over perfecting. Most of my engagements are 6-12 week sprints — long enough to ship something defensible, short enough to keep momentum. If your team is debating "should we build an academy" or "why isn't onboarding sticking" — that's my zone.

Jordan delivered the academy our team had been trying to scope for two quarters — in nine weeks. The xAPI instrumentation is the part I didn't know to ask for and now can't live without. Renewal conversations went from defensive to data-backed.
I came in skeptical that an L&D person could move pipeline metrics. Time-to-first-deal dropped 44% — measured in Salesforce, not survey-ware. Jordan rebuilt our ramp around real calls and put coaching, not content, at the center. Best money our enablement budget spent in 2025.
We licensed Jordan's authoring pipeline and our team's output doubled without losing the editorial polish leadership cares about. She's one of the only L&D consultants I've worked with who treats AI like a discipline, not a demo.
