A device manufacturer was losing launch momentum because the credentialing path took 90 days and pass rates varied 35 points by hospital. Proctors had no shared signal for where teams were weak before the live case.

Step 2 — The Task

As a Freelance Instructional Designer, I led the end-to-end design and development of this project — from discovery and needs analysis through final delivery and implementation support.

Step 4 — The Solution

Build a 3-rep VR skills lab that mirrors the credentialing checkpoints, with xAPI telemetry the proctor reviews before the first live procedure.
