A small district piloting MTSS had no shared way to diagnose where K-2 readers were stuck. Teachers were guessing between 4 intervention tiers.

Build a 12-minute adaptive diagnostic that any K-2 teacher could run in a center, scoring the child against the 5 sub-skills of phonemic awareness and routing them to a tier.
