Step 1 — The Situation
Tier-1 auto supplier had two near-misses in 18 months tied to LOTO sequence errors on a high-speed stamping line. OSHA inspection raised the bar; classroom training wasn’t transferring.
Step 2 — The Task
As a Senior Instructional Designer, I led the end-to-end design and development of this project — from discovery and needs analysis through final delivery and implementation support.
Step 4 — The Solution
Build a 25-minute VR practice loop that lets every line operator rehearse the 7-step LOTO sequence on their own machine model, with xAPI telemetry back to the LMS.
