Overview

A complete overhaul of outdated compliance training that transformed 47 legacy courses into engaging, mobile-responsive learning experiences. Key improvements: - Converted Flash-based courses to HTML5 - Added real-world scenarios and decision points - Created mobile-first responsive design - Implemented gamification elements - Built automated tracking and reporting

The Challenge

The organization had 47 legacy compliance courses built in Flash that were outdated, not mobile-friendly, and had completion rates below 60%. Employees dreaded taking them, and audit compliance was at risk.

The Solution

I led the complete redesign of all 47 courses using modern instructional design principles. Each course was transformed into a scenario-based, mobile-responsive module with branching scenarios and immediate feedback.
