A comprehensive redesign of enterprise onboarding that transformed a traditional 5-day classroom experience into a modern, blended 30-day learning journey. The project involved: - Converting instructor-led content to self-paced modules - Adding interactive scenarios and simulations - Creating manager guides and performance support tools - Building assessment and tracking systems - Integrating with HR systems for seamless handoffs

The Challenge

The client had a 5-day classroom onboarding program that was expensive to deliver, hard to scale, and produced inconsistent results. New hires were overwhelmed with information and struggled to apply what they learned.

The Solution

I designed a blended 30-day journey that spreads learning over time, combines self-paced modules with live sessions, and provides just-in-time performance support. The program includes interactive scenarios, manager guides, and progress tracking.
