Yes — if it exports as SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 (any edition), it runs today, and we test against standard SCORM conformance suites. xAPI hosting is coming with Allure Connect. If yours does not play, email us with the package and we will work it out before you spend more time on it.

Not really. SCORM Cloud is for LMS admins testing courses and dispatching them. TrainingOS is for the ID who needs a portfolio page a prospect can click through. Many of our users still use SCORM Cloud for conformance testing — we just live in a different part of the workflow.
Yes — in Articulate Storyline, publish your project as SCORM and drop the resulting .zip on your dashboard. Most uploads complete in under a minute on a normal connection.
