1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Training OS ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms of Service, please do not use this Service.

2. Use License

Training OS grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the Service on your devices in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

You agree not to:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.

6. Subscription and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide Training OS with accurate and complete billing information.

7. Free Trial

Training OS may, at its sole discretion, offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time. At the end of the free trial period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel your subscription before the free trial period ends.

8. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase by contacting support@trainingos.com.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Training OS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
