Do I need a card to try Pro?
No. The 14-day Pro trial needs no card. Afterwards you go back to Free unless you subscribe, so there’s nothing to cancel.
Annual or monthly?
Pro is $69 a year ($5.75 a month) or $7 monthly, so annual saves about 18%. Not sure? Start monthly and switch later.
Can I upgrade from Free to Pro later?
Yes, from Billing, with no migration. Everything stays put; the caps lift, the Training OS credit comes off and Stage and Minimal open up.
What if I need a custom domain or a client review workflow?
Custom domains and the versioned client review workspace belong to Studio and Team. Basic review, endorse and recommend links work on every plan. See the business plans.
Can I buy Team today?
Not yet. Team is coming soon; its price will be announced when it opens. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you.
I was on the old Agency plan. What happens now?
Agency tools are moving into Studio and Team. Write to info@trainingos.com and we’ll tell you where your account stands.
Which payment methods do you take?
Major credit and debit cards, through a Stripe-hosted checkout. We never see your card.
What happens when I hit a Free limit?
Nothing is deleted or charged. Free keeps 3 projects, 500 MB, 50 MB packages and 3 PPT-to-SCORM conversions a month; remove something or upgrade to add more. No overage billing on any plan.
Education / non-profit discount?
30% off paid plans for verified education and non-profit accounts. Apply from Billing: .edu addresses are approved automatically, others by hand.
What is your refund policy?
Monthly plans: cancel anytime; your access runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, and we don’t give partial refunds. Annual plans: a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first annual payment. Subscriptions started before September 24, 2026 keep the guarantee they signed up under: a full refund on request within 30 days of purchase, monthly or annual. Write to info@trainingos.com from your account email. The full terms are in our Terms.
What is a Course Pass?
A one-time way to run one of your courses for a group without a monthly LMS: $49 for one pass, or $129 for a 3-pack. Each pass covers one course for up to 50 learners for 60 days from when you open it, and must be opened within 90 days of purchase. Course Passes are for paid plans (Pro, Studio or Team), run on Allure LMS, and aren’t refundable unless a fault on our side stops delivery. More on Course Passes.
Is there a bundle with Allure Create?
Coming soon: the Creator Suite bundles Create Pro and Training OS Pro on one subscription. Its price will be announced when it opens; it isn’t available to buy yet.
